Suicide Pill

Two friends talking:
- Today I woke up feeling like crap! A rag! Was so bad that I decided to commit suicide by taking 200 aspirin!
- Are you kidding! ? exclaimed the friend, scared? Gave up this crazy idea?
- I just know that the second pill I started to feel better!
